Arms Trade

David Cameron is on official visit to East and South Asia in order to boost trade. Part of that trade is the 'arms' trade. Lots of irony here not least that hand wringing at outbreaks of violence throughout the world is seldom clearly and explicitly linked to questions over the arms trade - what is it we think that people will do with these 'arms'?
